Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 9, 2026
This document describes our current practices in plain language. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you need legal advice about your rights, consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
This privacy policy describes how Arteractive LLC (“Arteractive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with this website at arteractive.co (the “Site”). It does not cover the products we publish; each product has its own privacy policy delivered with that product.
Information we collect on this website
None. The Site does not use cookies, run analytics, or include forms or trackers. Loading a page on the Site does not create an account, set a session, or build a profile of you.
Server logs
Our web server keeps short-lived request logs in the ordinary course of operating the Site. These logs may contain the IP address of your network, the URL you requested, your browser’s user agent string, and the time of the request. We use these logs solely to monitor reliability and detect abuse, we do not link them to any identity, and we do not sell or share them. Logs are retained briefly and are not disclosed to third parties except as required by applicable law or in response to valid legal process.
Email you send us
If you email us (for example at dev@arteractive.co) we receive whatever you send: your email address, the message body, and any attachments. We use that information only to respond to your message and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children on the Site. If you believe a child has provided us information through the Site, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and remove it.
Your choices
Because the Site does not collect information about you, there is generally nothing for you to access, correct, or delete. For correspondence you have sent us, you can request that we delete your message and any record of it by writing to the address below. We will honor reasonable requests to the extent required by applicable law.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. By using the Site, you understand that any information transmitted to us (for example, an email you send) is processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
